Online Group Classes

Slow Flow Yoga

Practice yoga in community with others from the safety and comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you can connect to wifi.

Slow flow yoga classes aim to support your need to unwind, relax, and decompress from the daily grind.

This beginner-friendly class will help you release any stress, tension, or pent-up energy accumulated throughout your day.

Class meets weekly and offers gentle and easy-to-do stretches, strength bearing and balance postures, simple flows with the breath, and grounding meditations to soothe and quiet your overactive mind and nervous system, helping you shift out of overwhelm and into ease and relaxation.

Here's what you need to practice:

  • A yoga mat, yoga block and strap
  • Any props you might need - blankets, bolsters or pillows
  • A quiet, comfortable place to practice free from distractions
  • A good internet connection
  • Your computer or mobile device with a camera, working audio, and built-in microphone
  • A Zoom Account (free)

Get creative! The best thing I can recommend is to have one or two thick towels or blankets available, particularly if you need height for your seated poses or head during reclining poses. Use a belt or dish towel in place of a yoga strap. You can use books or other household items in place of blocks. If you have your own props, use them!
