The first step is to contact me, either by phone or through email. We'll schedule a discovery call which gives us time to talk about your needs and goals, and will help us determine if private yoga is right for you.
Next, we schedule our first session. This initial introductory yoga lesson provides an opportunity for us to meet, address any questions or concerns, and includes an evaluation of your health, mobility, personal goals and a strategy for meeting those goals. This session runs between 75-90 minutes long. We then create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week with yoga lessons that are suited to your body and your life.
Private yoga lessons are available either on-site at my home studio in Manteca, off-site at your home or office, or online, via a wifi connection and your home computer.
My home studio is located in the Primavera/Union area of Manteca, California. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood that has plenty of parking. Here, I offer you a dedicated space, free from the distractions of your everyday life. I provide everything you need to practice yoga safely, such as - mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, chairs, etc..
If finding time in your busy schedule for self-care practices is difficult, then let me bring yoga to you! I can travel to your home or office anywhere within San Joaquin or Stanislaus county. All you need is a quiet space, free of distractions where you can easily stretch out on your yoga mat.
On-line yoga are live, interactive classes that take place via video conferencing. You get to practice from the safety and comfort of your home, office or anywhere you have an internet connection, a computer, and a space for a yoga mat.
