Getting Started with Private Yoga

The first step in your personalized yoga journey is to schedule a complimentary call. This call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your health and wellness goals, and determine how private yoga can best support you.


Once we’ve had our call, we’ll schedule your first session. This introductory session includes:


  • A health and mobility evaluation.
  • An opportunity to address any questions or concerns.
  • A personalized plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.


Together, we’ll create a practice plan that fits your schedule, whether it’s once, twice, or three times per week, to help you feel supported, balanced, and at ease.

Here’s How We Can Work Together

Online Yoga via Zoom

Experience live, interactive private yoga lessons from the comfort of your home or office. Online sessions provide the flexibility and convenience of practicing wherever you are, with just an internet connection, a device, and a yoga mat.

On Site - Emily's Home Studio

Practice in a peaceful, dedicated space located in the Primavera/Union area of Manteca, California. My home studio offers a calm environment free from distractions and is fully equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, and other props to support your safe and comfortable practice.

Off Site - Your Home/Office

For your convenience, I can bring yoga to you. I travel to homes and offices throughout the Northern California Bay Area, offering personalized sessions tailored to your goals. All you need is a quiet space to stretch and relax. Travel fees apply.

Not at all! Private yoga is perfect for beginners, as sessions are tailored to your starting point. I’ll guide you step by step, focusing on foundational techniques to build your confidence and comfort with the practice.


For in-person sessions at my home studio, all props (mats, bolsters, straps, etc.) are provided. For online or off-site sessions, you’ll need a yoga mat and any props you have available. I can also suggest modifications if you don’t have equipment.


Yes! Online sessions are live and interactive, providing the same level of personalized instruction as in-person classes. All you need is an internet connection, a device with a camera, and a yoga mat to get started.
