There is no one-size-fits-all to wellness. Your body is unique, and your practice should be too. As your instructor and wellness coach, I take your health, goals, desires, and abilities and turn them into a practice that's safe, fun, and supportive for you!
EMBODIED EASE
I offer a therapeutic practice style that's based on the traditional methods of Hatha Yoga. My classes may incorporate any of the following - music, mantras, meditation, breath-work, asana demonstrations, the use of props, detailed alignment cues, hands-on assists, essential oils, and creative sequencing to ensure you receive a safe and well-balanced practice experience.

Next, we schedule our first session. This initial introductory yoga lesson provides an opportunity for us to meet, address any questions or concerns, and includes an evaluation of your health, mobility, personal goals and a strategy for meeting those goals. We then create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week with yoga lessons that are suited to your body and your life.
Online private yoga lessons are live, interactive sessions that take place over video conferencing via Zoom. Save time and energy as you practice from the safety and comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you have an internet connection, a media device, and a space for a yoga mat.
My home studio is located in the Primavera/Union area of Manteca, California. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood that has plenty of parking. Here, I offer you a dedicated space, free from the distractions of your everyday life. I provide everything you need to practice yoga safely, such as - mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, chairs, etc.
If finding time in your busy schedule for self-care practices is difficult, then let me bring yoga to you! I can travel to your home or office in the Northern California Bay Area. All you need is a quiet space, free of distractions where you can easily stretch out on your yoga mat. Travel fees apply.
